101-Course Management and Delivery – Course
One of the first things you need to do when you get started with Learndot Enterprise is to create courses and set up the schedule. In this course, you will learn how to set up courses in Learndot Enterprise, paying particular attention to the course hierarchy. Once you learn how to build courses in Learndot Enterprise, you will learn to schedule your courses, so customers can find the schedule and register for your courses.
These three key objects in Learndot Enterprise control a large amount of the experience. They manage much of the experience including visibility and access to interfaces and content within the system. The can be used to control the states of progress and are key to understanding business processes in Learndot Enterprise.
103-Interfaces and Reports – Course
There are many different roles that use Learndot Enterprise and each has its own interface. These roles include administrators, instructors, training partner/providers and affiliates. In this course you will learn to locate and interact with each of these interfaces, covering how they are used and how to set them up. In the second part of this course, you will learn how to use the reporting functionality in Learndot Enterprise. From sales reports to enrollment reports, you will learn to stay on top of your training data and provide the necessary insight to your stakeholders.
104-Content Management System – Course
Learndot Enterprise is not just about creating and delivering training courses. Content management is also an important feature of the platform. In this course, you will learn how to edit non-training content that will show up on your training site. Non-training content could include pages on your training site like terms and conditions, disclosers and about us information.
105-eCommerce – Course
Learndot Enterprise provides the capability to turn your training content into a revenue generating business. In this training session, we will focus on the eCommerce aspect of Learndot Enterprise including: how to price and sell your training content including early bird pricing, coupons and discount rules, setup payment gateways, and manage orders.
106-Power User – Course
The Power User training course is geared toward those interested in setting up and administrating advanced Learndot Enterprise features and capabilities including: Custom Catalog Views, Subscriptions, Stream Posts, and Training Credit Management.
