Create Workplace Integrations
One critical step needed in order to gain a high level of adoption of just about any enterprise software product is to integrate it with necessary and appropriate systems that employees use to get their jobs done. Integrating systems reduces friction, creates a seamless employee experience with tools, and helps people work more effectively. Using the Facebook Graph API in Workplace, organizations can develop applications and create integrations between systems to connect Workplace with various other enterprise systems, like ERP, CRM, HRIS, HCM, ITSM, to name only a few categories of enterprise apps. In this course, participants will learn to identify, design, development, and implement custom integrations in Workplace.
The Create Workplace by Facebook Integrations course is a hands-on course designed to help Workplace administrators identify, design, development, and implement apps and custom integrations in Workplace. The course starts out by helping participants understand what is possible with the graph API, identify business needs that could be addressed with integrations, and create a prioritized list of integrations. Throughout the course, participants will walk through a process of designing and developing a custom integration.
