How can I apply this

Each member of your team needs to track and maintain knowledge to be efficient at fulfilling their duties. By providing a place for them to save, refine and re-use the knowledge they create, you are allowing them to increase their efficiencies, and then leverage an economy of scale by share the processes of effective team members to leverage them across the entire organisation.
